You have 14 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition with all tags. Sale and clearance items are final sale. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full detail.

You can start it yourself. Log into your account, open your order and select Request return, then choose the item and reason and follow the prompts. We will review it and email you the next steps. No account? Just email contact@fffn.com.au with your order number. Approved returns are sent to PO Box 8133, Carrum Downs VIC 3201. Note: sale and clearance items are final sale, though faulty items are always covered.
