Thank you for shopping with Far From Fkn Normal. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Change of mind returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for change of mind. To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.
How to request a return
You can request a return yourself from your account: log in, open your order and select Request return. You can also email us at contact@fffn.com.au and we will help you through it.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Once your return is approved, please send it to: PO Box 8133, Carrum Downs VIC 3201, Australia.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 7 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Sale and clearance items
Items bought on sale or marked as clearance are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, so please choose carefully. This does not affect your rights for faulty items set out below.
Faulty or incorrect items
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or has a major problem, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. This applies to all items, including sale and clearance items. Please email us at contact@fffn.com.au with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out quickly.
